Three steps for businesses

How it works

  1. Start here

    Post a brief

Tell us the job in plain English. No jargon, no tender documents.

  2. Meet your team

We match you with local students and talent who fit the work.

  3. Get it done

Track delivery in one place. Everyone gets paid fairly.

  1. Start here

Sign up with your university email

We check it belongs to your university, so businesses know you're a real student.

  2. Finish your profile

Your course, your skills and the kind of work you'd like.

  3. Take on paid briefs

Real work for businesses down the road, paid fairly.

  1. Start here

    Join as staff

Use your university email. Only your own domain gets in.

  2. Approve your students

Confirm who joins under your institution.

  3. Send them to work

Approved students take on paid briefs from businesses across BCP.

Why we do it

What we stand for

  1. Goals

To be the go-to agency for small and micro businesses in BCP — reliable, inventive and priced fairly — while local students get paid for real work, not coffee runs.

  2. Beliefs

Every business can do great things when it stays authentic. Every person in the community has talent worth hiring. And we get further working together than any of us would alone.

  3. Values

Trustworthy, creative, collaborative, responsive and empathetic. We are honest, reliable and transparent with every client and partner, and we listen before we build.
